The petitioner alleges violation of an ad-interim injunction order passed by the Civil Court. He has got an efficacious alternative remedy under Order XXXIX, Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure.
This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to move an application before the Civil Court who shall make an endeavour to decide the same as early as possible and preferably, within four months.
