This petition is disposed of in terms of the directions already issued by this Court in C.O.C.P.No. 1299 of 2009 Sher Singh and another Vs. G.S.Ghuman and another decided on January 17, 2012 . Both the respondents shall be required to constitute a monitoring committee of different localities within the Municipal Limits of Mallout District Muktsar, within a period of three months in terms of the directions given in the above-stated order. Rest of the directions shall also be followed by the Monitoring Committee as well as by the authorities.
This petition stands disposed of accordingly.
