Mr. Cheema, learned Sr. D.A.G.Punjab states that in compliance with the orders dated December 15, 2010 passed by this Court, the case has been decided by the Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Samrala vide order dated December 22, 2011. In this view of the matter, the contempt petition is disposed of with a clarificatory direction that if the petitioner applies for a certified copy of the order, the same shall be handed over to him within one week from the date of submission of the application and if the petitioner is aggrieved, he shall be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
The petition stands disposed of.
Rule discharged.
