Surya Kant, J. (Oral)
In view of the communication dated 2.6.2011 (Annexure P-10) sent by the respondent-authorities to learned counsel for the petitioner informing that after final calculation, the due amount of Rs.36,29,095/- has been deposited by way of a demand draft with the S.D.M.-cum Land Acquisition Collector, Hoshiarpur, I am of the considered view that no case to initiate the contempt proceedings is made out. Since the petitioner is stated to have instituted the execution proceedings also, liberty is granted to her to submit a calculation sheet in respect of her left out claim and the Executing Court is directed to dispose of such claim of the petitioner in accordance with law.
The contempt petition stands disposed of.
