The petitioners allege disobedience of the order dated 20.04.2010 [Annexure P-1] passed by this Court in CWP No. 3223 of 2009 whereby the respondents were directed to examine and consider their claim for regularization of their services.
The respondents have filed reply/affidavit along with a speaking order dated 10.10.2011 [Annexure R-1] whereby the claim of the petitioners has been rejected.
In this view of the matter, these contempt proceedings are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the said speaking order, if so advised, before an appropriate forum.
Rule discharged.
