The only direction issued by this Court vide order dated 30.8.2011 was to decide the legal notice of the petitioners by passing a speaking order which has since been complied with by the second respondent vide order dated 8.5.2012 re-fixing the petitioners' pay notionally w.e.f. 1.1.1997. A copy of the order dated 8.5.2012 is taken on record.
It appears that the due benefits have been granted to the petitioners, however, if the petitioners are still dissatisfied, liberty is granted to them to impugn the speaking order before an appropriate forum, if so advised.
The contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly.
