Respondent has filed in Court the reply-affidavit alongwith a copy of the order dated 3.5.2012 (Annexure R-1) which is taken on record.
Vide order dated 3.5.2012 (Annexure R-1) the petitioner's claim for grant of pay scale of Rs.3330-6200 w.e.f. 19.5.2003 is accepted.
In view of the substantial compliance of the directions issued by this Court, this contempt petition is disposed of with a clarificatory direction that the consequential arrears be paid to the petitioner as early as possible but not later than three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
