At this stage, Mr. Ashok Giri, Advocate, counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that in view of the statement made by Gurpreet Kaur, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to take recourse to the lawful remedy, available to the petitioner, including filing of a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for restitution of conjugal rights.

As prayed, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
