In the present writ petition, it is pleaded that a number of detenues, whose names are mentioned in para No.5 thereof, were unlawfully detained at the brick kiln owned by respondent No.3.
A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, on 25.11.2010, had appointed the Warrant Officer. The Warrant Officer has submitted his report that all the detenues have been released. In support thereof, he has recorded the statement of petitioner-Ram Khilari.
Nobody is present to controvert the report of the Warrant Officer. Hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
