The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to search Shweta, daughter of the petitioner. It is further prayed that directions be issued to respondents No.1 and 2 to produce Shweta, before this Court, from the illegal custody of respondents No.3 to 19 and to handover her custody to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is present in the Court and his daughter Shweta is residing along with him from the last so many days, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.
