The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for issuance of a roving writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.4 to 9 to produce and release his minor daughter named Pooja Rani.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue Pooja Rani, during the pendency of the present writ petition, has been found murdered.
Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 submits that a case FIR No. 67 dated 22.6.2010 has been registered at Police Station Babain, District Kurukshetra, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 302 and 201

IPC. He further submits that respondent No.4-Narender Singh has been arrested as an accused and has been remanded to judicial custody.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development in the case, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be dismissed as such.
