Complaint has been received through post and the same was ordered to be taken on judicial side. As per allegations levelled in the complaint, Mohit Shingari is not tracing.
In view of the notice issued to State, reply has already been filed alongwith statement of Rohit (Annexure R-1) and the same are on record.
As per reply, Mohit was never arrested by the police of Amritsar City and nor any case is registered against him by the police of Amritsar City.
It has also been mentioned in the statement of Rohit (complainant) that now his brother Mohit Shingari has returned back to home and he was not arrested by any police nor any case is registered against him. He is happily living in the house.
In view of the abovesaid reply coupled with statement of Rohit (complainant) no further action is required in the present petition. Hence, the petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
