The present petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of criminal complaint titled “Rachna v. Ashwani Kumar and others” under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
As per compromise, both the parties, who are present in the Court,
are agreed to withdraw the aforesaid complaint. This criminal miscellaneous, thus, has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
