Complaint has been received through post and the same was ordered to be taken on judicial side. As per allegations levelled in the complaint, Kailash Rani daughter of the complainant has been enticed away and kidnapped by Major Singh.
Learned State counsel has already filed reply alongwith the statement of Kailash Rani, which are on the file.
As per Annexure R-5 the date of birth of Kailash Rani is 19.04.1984.
As per reply Kailash Rani has also filed complaint under Section 323/504/506 IPC against the petitioner and other persons on 20.07.2010.
As per statement of Kailash Rani, she is 25 years old and has performed marriage with Major Singh and presently she is residing with Major Singh with her own consent.
In view of the reply and statement of Kailash Rani, no further action is required in the present petition. Hence the petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
