A telegram was received by this Court from Paramjit Kaur and the same has been treated as Criminal Writ Petition, wherein it is stated that Inderjit Singh, son of the petitioner, was picked up by the police of Police Station Sadar, Amritsar.
Kirpal Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police, North, Amritsar, has filed written statement wherein it is stated that Inderjit Singh, son of the petitioner is not wanted in any case. He has further stated that neither Inderjit Singh was arrested nor he has been brought to the Police Station.
In view of the above, no further directions are called for and the present writ petition is disposed of. However, a copy of this order be
