Reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed in the Court and the same is taken on record.
Learned State Counsel submits that statements of private respondents have been recorded in which they have stated that they have no objection to the said marriage of the petitioners.
Respondent No.4 is also present in the Court and has also stated that he has no objection to the said marriage and he has not lodged any complaint against the petitioners and he has also filed an affidavit in this regard.
In view of statement made by learned State Counsel and the affidavits given by private respondents and the fact that respondent No.4 has given no objection to the said marriage, the present petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
