The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C on behalf of petitioners, namely, Karamjit Kaur and Karam Singh for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 for protection of their lives and liberty at the hands of private respondents No.5 to 9.
Notice of motion was issued on 16.11.2010. In response thereto, reply on behalf of respondent No.3 has been filed in the Court and the same is taken on record.
Learned State Counsel submits that statements of the parties have been recorded. Both the petitioners have given affidavit by stating therein that now they have no danger at the hands of private respondents. Statements of private respondents have also been recorded and they have also no objection with regard to said marriage.
Since the petitioners have no grouse and they are having no

apprehension of threat at the hands of private respondents and subsequently no complaint has been received by the police authorities on behalf of petitioners, the present petition has become infructuous.
