Prayer in the main petition is for seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise. It is strange that the counsel for the petitioners has not been able even to ascertain the address of the complainant and is praying for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise. The petitioners have wasted enough time of the Court. Even now the counsel for the petitioners is not aware of the address of respondent No. 3 and is only praying for time to do the needful. Let the petitioners ascertain the whereabouts of respondent No. 3, obtain his address and obtain fresh compromise deed from him and may then approach this Court by filing the fresh petition.
The present writ petition is dismissed with the above
observations.
