RANJIT SINGH, J.
The petitioner has filed this petition to challenge the order passed by the trial Court, releasing the respondent on probation after finding guilty of the charge under the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995.
The consideration for release of a person on probation, is a mandatory requirement. Once the Court has released a person on probation, the complainant would have hardly any role to play. Sentencing is a matter between the accused and the Court, where the complainant has no role to play. The respondent is not accused of any serious offence. Accordingly, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
