The respondents are denying the compromise. Counsel for the petitioner says that in the civil suit, the compromise was recognized and the civil suit was withdrawn.
Once the respondents are denying the compromise, this Court cannot take cognizance of the compromise. The respondents may have change of heart because of some differences. In such circumstances, it would not be appropriate to quash the FIR on the basis of compromise, which is disputed. No case for interference is made out.
Dismissed.
