By filing this petition, petitioner seeks direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect her life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.5 to 7 that is mother and brothers of the petitioner.
State has filed reply averring that during investigation, statement of the petitioner was recorded wherein she stated that the matter has been compromised with her mother and brothers and she is residing with them.
In this view of the matter, no action is required. Disposed of accordingly.
