By filing this petition, petitioners seek quashing of (i) complaint titled `Baksho Devi Vs. Ram Pal and others (Annexure P3)’ under Sections 323,354,427,452,453,454 and 506/120-B read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code; (ii) summoning order dated July 6th , 2006 (Annexure P5); (iii) order dated January 18th , 2010 (Annexure P6) passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Anandpur Sahib, whereby petitioners were ordered to be charged under Sections 323,427,452 and 506/120-B of the Indian Penal Code and the (iv) order dated December 11th , 2010 (Annexure P8) passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Rupnagar, whereby revision filed by the petitioners against the order dated January 18th , 2010 was dismissed.
Learned State counsel has stated that statements of the accused have already been recorded under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the case is listed for defence evidence and arguments.
Since, trial is on its fag end and is likely to conclude shortly,
so, no interference is required.
Disposed of accordingly.
