This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. wherein petitioners have sought direction to respondents No. 2 & 3 as they apprehend danger at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 10.
Learned State counsel at the outset submits that a FIR was
registered against the petitioners. However, during investigation, allegations levelled against the petitioners have been found to be false and final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is likely to be submitted by the investigating agency before the competent court of jurisdiction shortly.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage.
