This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. wherein petitioners have sought protection to their life and liberty as they have married against the wishes of their parents.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Gurmail Chand, who is present in court, submits that statements of the petitioners have been recorded by the police and they have submitted that they do not require protection any longer.
No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners to controvert the statement made by learned State counsel.
In view of above, it appears that no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
