State counsel on the instructions of ASI Bhapi Masih has informed that the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. stands recorded on August 20, 2011 and that now the case is fixed for defence evidence on September 12, 2011.
Taking into consideration the status of the trial, I do not deem it appropriate to consider the petition for bail on merits, in context to the

evidence led by the prosecution lest it should prejudice the rights of the petitioner or the prosecution agency at the time of final arguments.
Disposed of as withdrawn at this stage on the statement of
