Petitioner along with Karam Singh and Yogesh attacked Gurvinder with knives in presence of complainant Dalbir Singh and Pardeep Singh. Petitioner has been attributed two knife blows on Gurvinder in the abdomen and back side of left hand whereas co-accused Karam Singh has attributed one knife injury to Gurvinder on left side of his neck. The event had occurred in the premises of S.D. College, Ambala Cantt.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that without there being any medical evidence, the injury on the person of Gurvinder has been declared to be dangerous to life. He has also argued that the petitioner had himself received the injury on his right thigh with sharp edged weapon which does not stand explained in the FIR. He also submitted that it is a case of cross version.
I have considered the circumstances of this case. The manner in which the injuries have been inflicted by the petitioner in the abdomen of

the injured, I do not find any ground to grant concession of bail to the petitioner.
Dismissed at this stage.
