Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No. 35 dated 28.4.2010 under Sections 452, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Ghuman, Tehsil Batala District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).
In compliance of the order dated 10.11.2010, the Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)-cum- SDJM, Batala has sent a report verifying the contents of the compromise. After recording the statements, the compromise is held to be genuine.

In view of the above report, FIR No. 35 dated 28.4.2010 under Sections 452, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Ghuman, Tehsil Batala District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1) is quashed with all consequential proceedings qua petitioners.
The petition stands disposed of.
