Counsel for the petitioner states that as per the reply filed by the respondents, a second inquiry was conducted by Superintendent of Police (Detective), Faridkot. As per the report submitted by him, counsel for the respondents states that the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. will be submitted in the Court shortly.
It is directed that the same be submitted within three weeks since the inquiry is complete. Once the report has been submitted in the Court, the petitioner will be entitled to the benefit of Section 195 Cr.P.C.
