Ravi and Ors. Vs State of Haryana and Anr.

Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No. 277 dated 12.7.2005 under Sections 307/ 324/ 34 IPC (in the challan 307/326/148/149 IPC) registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same on the basis of compromise(Annexure P-2).

In compliance of the order dated 6.9.2010, the Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Hisar through District & Sessions Judge, Hisar, has sent a report verifying the contents of the compromise. After recording the statements, the compromise is held to be genuine.

In view of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Kulwinder Singh and Ors. vs. State of Punjab and another 2007(3) RCR(crl.) 1052 , FIR No. 277 dated 12.7.2005 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 307/ 324/ 34 IPC (in the challan 307/326/148/149 IPC) registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar is quashed with all consequential proceedings arising out of the same qua petitioner.
