Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for seeking protection to life and liberty of both the petitioners, who claim themselves to be major and allegedly performed marriage on 17.1.2011 against the wishes of relatives (respondent Nos.4 to 9) of petitioner No.1-wife. Having performed the marriage against the wishes of aforesaid respondents, now petitioners apprehend threat to their life at the hands of said respondents.
