case FIR No. 358, dated 18.09.2009, under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.6, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 20.01.2011 and he has joined the investigation.
Learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, on the instructions from ASI Jarnail Singh, who is present in person states that the petitioner has joined investigation.
Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 20.01.2011 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner-accused shall participate in the investigation as and he is required.
