This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in a case FIR No. 272 dated 17.11.2010 under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Bhiwani.
This Court vide order dated 25.01.2011 has granted interim bail in favour of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that in compliance of order dated 25.01.2011, petitioner has joined the investigation.
Ms. Preeti Chaudhary, AAG Haryana on the instructions of SI Dharam Chand has stated that petitioner has participated in the investigation.
