Vide order dated 12.07.2010, arrest of the petitioner was directed to be stayed. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned Addl. Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from HC Satpal, who is present in person, states that the petitioner has joined investigation.

Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct that in the event of arrest, petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. However, it is clarified that petitioner shall participate in the investigation as and whey he is required to do so.
