This is an application seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 111, dated 11.11.2010, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Jamalpur, Ludhiana.
The allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner after taking loan, has hypothecated the goods to the bank, however, sold the goods which were as collateral

security of the loan. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner-accused is in judicial custody w.e.f. 11.11.2010 and challan has already been submitted in this case.
Considering totality of the facts and
circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
