This petition assails the order dated 21.02.2011 (Annexure P-12) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bathinda, whereby the suit filed by the petitioner has been consolidated with the earlier suit filed by the respondent.
Counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is 80 years old and though the Court has consolidated the cases, yet the Court could be directed to decide the cases within a time frame.
In view of the matter, particularly keeping in view the age of the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to decide the suits within six months positively, by granting short dates.
This petition is disposed of without issuing notice to the respondents with a view to impart complete justice to the parties and to save the huge expenses, which may be incurred by the respondents as also in order to avoid unnecessary delay in

adjudication of the matter. Still, if dissatisfied, the respondents may move to this Court for recalling this order.
