This order will dispose of two revision petitions i.e. CR Nos.1157 and 1161 of 2011 as common question of law and fact is involved in these revision petitions.
The petitioner has invoked the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), SAS Nagar, Mohali (hereinafter referred to as the 'trial Court') to decide the application under

Section 15 (5) of the CPC as well as the main suits titled as 'Mann Singh vs. Sushil Kumar' and 'Mann Singh Vs. Surinder Kumar', in a time bound manner.
It has been informed by Mr. Kanwaljit Singh, Senior Advocate, that the application under Section 15 (5) of the CPC has been decided. However, in view of the prayer made by him for expeditious disposal of the suits, the trial Court is directed to decide the civil suits within one year positively.
