This petition assails the order dated 22.03.2010 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Barnala, whereby the application filed by the respondent-wife (hereinafter referred to as 'the respondent') under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, was allowed and the petitioner-husband has been held liable to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- per month to the respondent as maintenance.
No grounds to interfere.
