At the very outset, the learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that in view of decision of even date, rendered in main CWP No.10910 of 2008 titled as “Sher Singh (since deceased) through his LRs and another vs. State of Haryana & Ors.”, the present contempt petition has become infructuous, which may be dismissed as such. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any kind of objection in this relevant connection.
In this view of the matter, the instant petition is ordered to be dismissed as having been infructuous as prayed for.
