At the very outset, the learned State counsel has submitted that this case is squarely covered and is liable to be decided in the same terms of judgment dated 1.11.2011 rendered in CWP No.9148 of 1993 titled as “ The Director, Food and Supplies, Punjab & Ors. Vs. Parkash Singh & Anr.” and CWP No.10477 of 1993 titled as “ District Food and Supplies Controller & Anr. Vs. Bhola
Singh & Anr.”
In this view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed in the same terms as in Parkash Singh & Anr.'s case (supra) .
