The petitioner is working as Mistresses in the Education Department, Government of Punjab. she seeks a mandamus to direct the respondents to take into consideration the services rendered by her in the Government Aided Privately Managed School for the purpose of various service benefits.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the controversy involved in this case stands settled by a decision dated 10.3.2010 rendered by this Court in CWP No.14238 of
1991 (Sukhdev Singh and others versus State of Punjab and others).

The present writ petition is accordingly allowed in terms of the afore-stated order dated 10.3.2010 passed in Sukhdev Singh's case
(supra).
