(1). The petitioners are retired Masters/Mistresses who were working in various privately-managed Government-aided recognised schools in the State of Punjab. They seek a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the services rendered by them in privately-managed Government-aided recognized Schools for the purposes of pension, Proficiency Stepup, Senior/Selection Grades etc. on the analogy of the teachers working in the Government Schools. (2). Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issues involved in this writ petition are squarely covered by a decision of this Court dated 10.03.2010
