The petitioners are working as Teachers/Masters/Mistresses in various Government Schools run by the Education Department, Government of Punjab. They seek a mandamus to direct the respondents to take into consideration the services rendered by them in the Government Aided Privately Managed Schools for the purposes of various service benefits.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the controversy involved in this case stands settled by a decision dated 10.3.2010 rendered by this Court in CWP No.14238 of
1991 (Sukhdev Singh and others versus State of Punjab and others).
