This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C.
seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to conclude the investigation and submit the final report under section 173 Cr.P.C. pursuant to the FIR registered under section 406 IPC (FIR No.505, dated 27.11.2008, PS Manimajra).
The only grievance of the petitioner is that FIR in the aforesaid case was registered way back in November2008, but investigation has not been concluded so far.
Under the circumstances, it is directed that respondent No.2 shall look into the matter and try to expedite the investigation.
Disposed of.
