Raj Kumar @ Raju has applied for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.257 dated 13.10.2010 under Sections 186/332/353/307/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Ambala Cantt., Haryana.
As per allegations of the prosecution, a telephone call was received from the mobile number that scuffle is going on. Upon this, ASI went to the spot. Rinku (non-applicant) gave brick blows which hit on the hip of the ASI.
There is no specific allegation against the petitioner regarding causing injuries. All the injuries are simple in nature and out of 5 injuries, 4 are only complains of pain. MLR of Rinku has been placed on file which is prior in time to the MLR of ASI.

So, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition stands allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds and subject to the following conditions :-
i) That the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation, as and when required;
ii) That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and
iii) That the petitioner shall not leave India, without prior permission of the Court.
