This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for transfer of investigation of case registered vide FIR No.260 dated 3rd September, 2010, under Sections 302, 341, 323/34 and 506 IPC at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa, to an independent agency as the investigation has not made any headway since the registration of the FIR.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that FIR in question was registered on 3rd September, 2010 and father of the petitioner died due to the injuries on 9th September, 2010. He submits that investigating agency having failed to unravel the crime, the investigation deserves to be transferred to an independent agency.
Learned State counsel has filed reply on behalf of the State. He submits that investigation in the case has been completed and final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been prepared on 17th November,

2010 with the recommendation for cancellation of the case.
In view of the fact that investigation of the case has already been completed, this court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed as petitioner will be at liberty to raise all his pleas before the trial court after submission of the report aforesaid.
