This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the FIR No. 279 dated 09.10.2010 registered against the petitioners under Sections 363, 365, 504, 506 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamunanagar (Annexure P-1).
Learned State counsel points out at the outset that statement of girl namely Shabnam has been recorded by the investigating officer and a cancellation report has been prepared in the case which is likely to be submitted before the competent court of jurisdiction shortly.
In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous
and is dismissed as such.
