The present petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.136 dated 4.12.2009 registered under Sections 363,366 of IPC at Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the state on instructions from HC Parvinder Singh states that the petitioner has since been acquitted by the trial Court.
Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
