This petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regula bail in case FIR No. 8 dated 3.2.2010 under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 , registered at Police Station, Dahlon District Ludhiana (Rural).
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been granted bail by the trial Court.
