Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.100 dated 24.12.2009, under Sections 304-B/34 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station G.R.P. Amritsar, District- Amritsar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2009 and the FIR had been lodged by the complainant due to some misunderstanding.
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by SI Gurbhej Singh and the complainant in person, has not controverted the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate Amritsar.
