Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the FIR No.103 dated 07.04.2009, under Sections 420/120-B of Indian Penal Code, Police Station City Abohar, District Ferozepur and all other further proceedings ensuing therefrom.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the reply filed by the State, wherein it has been stated that the petitioners have been found innocent during investigation.
Dismissed as infructuous.
